Andreas School of Law, where he teaches and writes in the areas of antitrust, contracts, property law and sports law. As a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and a cum laude graduate of Michigan Law School, Professor Edelman previously practiced antitrust and sports litigation with the law firms Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher and Flom LLP and Dewey Ballantine LLP.

IDEA, FAPE, CHILD FIND and IEPs: The Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) guarantees all children with disabilities to a free appropriate public education (FAPE).
