The Firm’s culture is built around camaraderie, teamwork and a desire to get the best results for our clients. We start each week with a Monday morning, all-hands attorney meeting to discuss cases, legal developments and share ideas. Every Friday, the Firm hosts a catered lunch for all employees.
The office atmosphere is serious, yet relaxed. Great lawyering is mandatory; suits are not. Office attire is “casual Friday” every day of the week. Suits are reserved for court appearances and client meetings.
Our people play as hard as they work. Everyone is encouraged to pursue interests outside the Firm, from hobbies to charitable endeavors. As a group, we are guitar players, hip-hop dance team members, mixed-martial artists, cyclists, carpenters, gardeners, aspiring cooks, sports fanatics, bloggers, painters and philanthropists.
